Pre-Engineered Building

Pre-engineered buildings have become a very popular option for a number of building types such as warehouses or repair shops. With the large, clean floor area void of any columns or obstructions, these buildings make it easy to work. For warehouses, the pre-engineered building allows for more storage and stacking than the common warehouse. Additionally, placement or storage of warehouse equipment is more efficient in that it can be placed wall-to-wall. With pre-engineered buildings, they can be constructed as stand-alone buildings or side-by-side in any number you like. The only thing needed to accomplish this are bolted connections, meaning welding or field riveting are eliminated.

Pre-engineered buildings can be as unique as your needs. These buildings are intended primarily for commercial, industrial or institutional occupancies. They feature a structural steel framework of primary and secondary members (rigid frame, beams, purlins and girts, trusses, and columns) on to which cladding and roofing components are attached.
